Good morning, friends!
It was a very exciting morning at the viewing window, let me tell you!
First, I spied out the viewing window:
A lizard, of course!
But wait! It gets better! The lizard quickly left his post because:
A squirrel took his place! Do you see him?
It was a very exciting morning at the viewing window, indeed! I apologize for the low quality of the photographs. The photos were taken through the screen in the window!
On another note, I hope that everyone received their giveaway packages! If you'd like me to post a photo on my blog of your baby (human or otherwise!) wearing the camoflauge clothes send it to my email at wind2wings at gmail dot com!
See you next week!

315.75 - 25 = 290.75
Happy Sunday, friends!
First of all, I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful comments they leave on my blog all the time! Especially the ones left on my post about my tall humans homecoming. I haven't been able to figure out how to create the reply button for comments and I apologize for that. Just remember I read and value every single comment I receive!
Moving on, in the past I have referred to my home as a shoebox. Which it is. However, I have mistakenly referred to it as being much larger than it really is.
My humans and I were watching a video on the internet of "tiny houses" where one was 350 square feet and we're all thinking, "Wow, that is small!" So, out of curiosity we measured our shoebox and it turns out that it is only 315.75 square feet. Of course I don't make use of the human head (a.k.a. bathroom), so I subtract 25 square feet so I'd say I actually live in a 290.75 square foot shoebox. I mistakenly referred to it as being 500 square feet when it is roughly 3/5 that size. I acquired this photo of our shoebox from my human before we moved in. This room is the foyer/living room/bedroom:
If one walks out the door to the right it leads to the deck. Turning left leads to the kitchen/living room/office area.
Around the corner, behind the icebox, is where the human head is located at:
There is a deck off the foyer/living room/bedroom. I did not include the deck in my measurements. This also doubles as a dining room for the humans.
The deck is cool, but my humans don't let me out there because I just jump off of it:
That's the tour! No wonder I feel like I'm in a cage.....
I have some great ideas in the works for future posts so don't go away!

Maggie?
Hello my friends!
I hope all is well with my readers! As I'm sure you can imagine, I've had a bear of a time getting my paws on the computer with two humans in the house! As promised, I have enclosed some recent pictures of my sister, Maggie:
Seriously, don't ask me what my humans were thinking:
They call it a "lion cut" but...
1) Maggie is a female
2) I call it a poodle cut
This just isn't right... my humans say they do this because, "Maggie's hair gets matted and she won't let them brush her without turning them bloody" but I don't know. Maggie says she doesn't mind because, "it makes it that much easier for the humans to scratch my back and I stay much cooler when the weather warms."
On another note, I have finally gotten the prizes for my giveaway winners together and in mail! I hope you'll forgive me. It isn't easy for a cat to get to the post office! So be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the mail man this week!
In the meantime, I'm watching my humans like a hawk! I'd like to keep my hair, thank you very much!
Catch you later!

Like A Well Oiled Machine
Hello my friends!
I know it may seem like my entire life is a big walk in the park, but there is alot that goes on behind the scenes that my readers never see! I thought I'd share that with you with this post!
I help my tall human with all sorts of handyman tasks around the house, such as painting:
And mechanical work:
I always help with the laundry:
I help keep my short human motivated during her workouts:
In the past I've helped her study:
And after grocery shopping I always help put the produce away!
It takes alot of teamwork to keep a family running like a well oiled machine and I think I certainly do my part!
Thanks for reading!! I'll get those pictures of Maggie up with my next post!

Human Hogs
My humans have been hogging the computer so I haven't had the time to formulate a blog post this week!
I'm going to leave you with this picture of myself on one of my walks.
I tried to climb the tree but couldn't get very far! The bark of this avocado tree didn't lend itself very well to good traction!
Stop by next week for some funny pictures of Maggie!

The Long Walk
Good morning, my friends! Good afternoon to my readers on the east coast!
I had such a fun walk this morning I wanted to share it with my readers! My short human and I went on the longest walk we've ever walked together and I had such a grand time! We went for a walk through the avocado groves:
At the halfway point, I stopped for a break and for a bite to eat:
Looking back, we've come a long way!
My human is so lame, she wouldn't let me crawl all the way into this cave:
On the way back, I took a break at the same patch of grass:
We walked so far today, I'm beginning to think I'll wear my human's GPS watch, that she wears while running, so I can track how far and fast I've gone!
Afterwards, my human brushed my fur! I love being brushed! My human says she was doing it out of the kindness of her heart but I am very doubtful of that because I know she had an ulterior motive. That being, trying to get all the dirt out of my fur before I hopped into bed.
Finally, I finished up my morning by eating breakfast again!
To all my giveaway winners, have no fear! I will get your prizes to you as soon as possible! My tall human is coming home much later than expected and I can't wait for him to see me in my woodland camouflage outfit!
Have a great week!
