Hello fellow readers!
I am one grumpy fella this morning!
As this photo clearly shows, I am a very tired kitty! I am a bit miffed at my human right now. I know for a fact (because sometimes she yells at me or chases me) that she knows I've been up half the night meowing loudly, eating numerous midnight snacks, scratching my claws against the side of the kitty litter box and, on occasion, chasing Maggie. But humans always insist upon awakening to these loud noises that they call alarms! And worst of all? Bright lights!!!
The lights are so bright I can barely open my beautiful blue eyes!
I have since slowly awakened after eating a bowl of cat food to boost my energy.
In other news, I have to bring this to your attention:
It has been one month since my catnip was planted.......
My human tried to make up for it by planting some boring old wheat grass:
Which Maggie enjoys immensely, but I prefer the real stuff that grows out of the real ground:
I feel better now, getting these issues off my chest!
Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention that I've streamlined the comment process and it is no longer necessary to log in to leave a comment on my blog!
Thanks for reading!

MIA
Hello, Friends!
I apologize for being MIA! There has been an issue on the human side of this operation (internet access). I spent all day Saturday waiting around for the at&t repairman:
and waiting
and waiting
and then I got sleepy, so I took a nap:
And then he finally arrived! I have to say I was quite impressed with this human for he had two cat tattoos on his forearms! Not even my humans have cat tattoos!
The internet is back in business, so I guess I am too!
Also, I wanted to let everyone know that I am now on facebook! So, if you enjoy reading my blog, please LIKE ME on facebook! I need 18 more likes to get a username!
I'll be back later with a post on what has been bothering me lately. My posts have been pretty upbeat lately and so I have a couple of concerns I'd like to share with my readers.
See ya' next time!

New Lizard!
Hello everyone! I realize this is my second post of the day but I was so excited I had to share this with my readers!
As I was sitting back and relaxing today,
I eyed a lizard out the front door! And not just any lizard! A lizard I've never seen before!
I tried to catch it but my human caught me as I was trying to rush out the door! I immediately consulted my lizard identification guide and I thought it best resembled a Granite Spiny Lizard.
What an exciting turn of events after a morning of relaxation!
See you next week!

Lizards On My Mind
Hello everyone and welcome to the fine month of April!
I didn't play any tricks on my human on April Fools' Day, but the idea did cross my mind. I just didn't feel like dealing with the repercussions that it would incur!
I thought I would dedicate this post to my beloved lizards. They are the highlight of my walks everyday! They're better than birds because they're on my level (the ground), and although I've never caught one I've gotten alot closer to catching a lizard than a bird!
I've seen two types of lizards out here. First up, one of the most commonly seen lizards in Southern California:
It is a Western Fence Lizard.
Second up is Papa Lizard. I haven't seen him since last year. Perhaps he'll show up when the weather warms.
He is a Southern Alligator Lizard.
As fun as lizards are to chase, they are very difficult to catch! They can hide just about anywhere from under rocks:
To behind siding:
Underground:
You name it, they can probably hide there!
For more information on lizards in Southern California, please check out this neat website.
All this talk about lizards is going to lead to lizard dreams tonight!
Catch ya later!
